Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

I was told I won second place in the consumers clearinghouse sweetstakes of $500,000. I need to send them $2,000 to pay for the taxes. Once paid a courier will deliver the check on Monday. Her name is Jennifer Levinsky an attorney at Piper Levinsky & Associates in NJ. She said to call the Federal Gaming Authority with a claim # she gave me to verify the winnings. Once done to call her back that everything is okay.

I was told the same thing except she wanted me to go to the bank got $2,000 they said to put it in a Magazine. Then tape the three sides together go to FedEx put it inside a manila envelope and send it to some unrecognizable address in the Philippines and that it would cost me 72 to $90 to send it and then the carrier would come to my house on Thursday with the check for $500,000
