I placed an online order and they e-mailed me on july 6th and said my order was on it’s way. I never recieved it . I have sent e-mails about this order and never got a reply Now they have disappeared .

2 for 1 deal on cubs sweatshirts. Ordered 2 sets and for confirmation they were sent on july 3 and have yet to receive them. Have sent text messages and tried calling the number I have from which I received the text message. It just rings busy and no response back from text.

I ordered a 2 for 1 sweatshirt deal from www.pipdigapparel.com and I received an order confirmation and shipping confirmation, everything seemed legitimate. I was first tipped off when I clicked on the link to track my order. There was no tracking info, it just redirected me to the page that said my order was "shipped". Then about a week ago or so their site was just removed and it just redirected me to a page that said the site was unavailable. There was a "contact support" which redirected me to the web site Shopify. I’ve read other online stories from people where the exact same thing happened.
