Type of a scam Rental

In June 2, 2018 I was contacted via phone by Mr. Robert Miller representing ALL TRAVEL SERVICES INC. in 1755 Telstar DR. suite 300 Colorado Springs, 80920

with an offer for rental of my UVC (Unlimited Vacation Club) Membership.

The offer guarantees the rental of 39 weeks for the amount of 109,200.00 Dollars as remuneration for the rental.

I asked for the proper procedure of the operation.

On June 15, 2018 Robert Miller sends a Rental of Vacations weeks Guaranteed Agreement PTE 42181 from Pioneer Title & Escrow LLC 1002 SW 5th Av. suite 100 Portland Oregon 9724

In witch the All Travel Services has secured a bona fide Lessee of the lessor’s vacation weeks and the full purchase funds have been deposited in to the designated Escrow/Guarantee Account

And a Senior Officer of Morgan Pierce from Pioneer Title & Escrow, was assigned to my account.

June 15, 2018 in order to continue with the prosses of closing the operation they asked for the following information.

Account name holder, account holders mailing address, Account Number, Routing number, with swift code, Banks name and address.

And also, Driver’s License, Passport government issued I.D. Social Security Card (all in color)

In July 3, 2018

They never deposited the amount agreed instead they send an Addendum to the initial agreement that I needed to pay 4250.00 dollars for S.R.E. fee with the Mexican Gov. they send me the banking Information

In September 11, 2018 After a long process of convincing arguments I deposited the amount of 4250.00 dollars.

September 17, 2018 Pioneer send the second Addendum that once I send the second amount of 5032.00 dollar for closing and administration fee was covered, I shall receive the full payout in 11,930.00 USD and that the Mexican government has confirmed that currently there were no other applicable fees

September 27, 2018, I got I call from the president of Pioneer Title & Escrow Michael L Howard and got a verbal and written Guarantee (notarized) that if I made the deposit of 5,032.00 USD

In three day, the transfer of the will occur.

October 1,2018, I made the deposit in the same account.

October 9, 2018 the third Addendum. Asking for a 16% tax of 17,472.00 USD needed to be covered before receiving the amount of 129,402.00 USD

Marco de Leon has been the coordinator between All Travel Services and Pioneer Title & Escrow

I have not made any more payments Because I found out that the Oregon Secretary of State has no record of any Pioneer Title & Escrow that company has no legal status, and that the address it’s a virtual Office
