I ordered 4 flytraps on fb. I thought it was a good buy. I got a discount code to purchase more items on their website. My reply stated if I dont recieve my order why would I purchase more items. I actually got a response. Items from China will take some time of COVID 19, even more time went buy. I email support then got email demon no email address found. I felt I got scammed but almost 3 months later recieved my traps. I do not know if every one else was because late delivery from China or really got scammed.

These people the biggest liars in the world. I ordered a item 3 months ago, emailed them 5 times with no results. Tracking shows nothing since July 3rd.
Do not use this company the only thing they’re good at is being a A-1 scam artist.

Just a pic of the contact info I had in case it’s different than anyone else’s. Plus my bank card gave me the following # to contact them in order for me to dispute it FIRST, however, that # is disconnected as well!

I ordered the FlyMax Reusable Fly Traps and was told that even with COVID going on, that it would only delay shipping by 1 week, however, it’s been almost 2 months now! I’ve emailed them & their supposed “support team” did email me back (just to pacify me I’m sure) saying basically that I should just sit tight a little while longer because they knew it would be worth it in the end… Ha! I demanded a refund to my card & threatened to file fraudulent charges & to report them to the BBB and to get lawyers involved if they didn’t refund me my money ASAP! I even attached screenshots of my order, tracking #, the transit dates & their return/refund policy in my email. When I waited (“sit tight a little while longer”) 2 more weeks as they requested & still hadn’t heard or seen anything, I emailed them again only to find that their customer service email is shut down & ph# is no longer in service! I contacted my bank card & they won’t dispute it UNTIL I contact the company first! I told them it’s a scam & their website, email & ph# is no longer in service… they still will not help me dispute the charges. They said they found another ph# for them & gave it to me to try… I called it & it’s disconnected bad well! I called my bank card back & they said the same thing, I have to contact the company first & resolve it with them “first”. How?!?! I’m at a loss.

I, too, ordered several fly traps, paid my money and crickets! I have received a tracking number; however, my order shows “In Transit” for over a month now. I have attempted to contact this company, but again, crickets! I’m afraid I’m a victim of my third scam! I’ve lost so much money on these criminals. I’m done! Lesson learned! I will just tithe the lost funds and pray for a peaceful soul. At least these crooks don’t have our credit card numbers. js
