Type of a scam Online Purchase

I saw an ad on Instagram for bras. I purchased 2 and a matching thong online. I did not see that the seller was located in China until my order was already processed. Two of the items I ordered arrived after about a month. They were poorly constructed from cheap materials and did not fit. The third item never arrived. I emailed their customer service requesting a refund for the items that did not fit and I said I would ship them back if they would begin the process. Their associate "Eva Summer" gave me the runaround, offering me $2 back and told me to sell the items that did not fit. I insisted I wanted to return them to get my money back ($26). She finally said that shipping would be too expensive and that she would replace the item that never arrived. I tried to find the company on Instagram, but all ads had disappeared. You can still find them online. The scammer has two email addresses listed: [email protected] and [email protected] They say the offer full and partial refunds, but that is not true.
