I placed my order in Dec 2019 (before pandemic) to be received by Feb 2020.It was finally received in May 2020. What I received is well made but not what is shown in the pictures on the website. It is a cute little blue koala not nearly as detailed as Pickable spouts.

I ordered the blue bird stained glass sun catcher. What I received was a cheap plastic blue bird. I would not have paid 50 cents for it.
I received the same reply. What was particularly insulting was the statement that I knew what I was ordering. I also sent photos of the advertised product and the one I received.
I wish I had read the reviews before I had any dealings with this company. Scam!

I ordered a leather Gothic Fish handbag. I paid $55.00 for it. I ordered it in January. I just received something that is not leather, nor is it even remotely worth $55.00. I then wrote the company. They sent back a standard written letter saying “this is what I ordered. I then proceeded to write them back with pics of the purse sent (obviously not leather, nor is it a fish!). They sent back the same exact letter, again. I’m now trying to get my $$ back. Pay Pal is closed right now because of COVID19. Can you please help me? What do I do? I got the purse as a gift to me. I’m 62, and on disability. I can’t afford to throw $55.00 away! Please advise. Thank you, Katherine Fulford. Here is the “standard letter” sent, and a copy of confirming order.

That is exactly what happened to me. I ordered the same product in January and received it in early April, the product I received was that weird skeleton horse, they won’t let me return it. I SPENT $50+ ON THIS CHEAP “BAG”
