Type of a scam Online Purchase

An unfamiliar, unauthorized charge on my bank statement. Bank was informed/card cancelled/charge reversed. A few days later I get a vm saying order was shipped, email confirmation sent(none rec’d) and unintelligible contact phone# & email address given. Several days later I receive a pkg in mail that I did not order. Never heard of PhytageLabs. This happened shortly after the Equifax breach. It is ludicrous for someone to be able to do this to my personal account & then my burden to disprove charge to my bank.The ongoing issue is going to be the fact that a pkg/product I did not order was actually mailed to me!!!! Could be set up as an ongoing monthly subscript for all I know. BTW, this ‘product’ is for Prostate 911.
