I called in reference to a Television Advertisement regarding Dental Insurance through Physician’s Mutual Insurance Company at 1-800-525-1447 Upon answering the phone, they immediately told me I’d won a $100 gift card for shopping anywhere just for calling today (January 26, 2017). I said I ONLY wanted information on the advertised Physician’s Mutual Dental Insurance. I could barely understand him but he then asked for my name, address AND my credit card number for the initial mailing of the gift card. I didn’t question the name and address because I knew they needed that to mail the documents but I wasn’t going to give him my card number and I told him that. When I asked for someone else that spoke English a little clearer, he became rude. I apologized and told him I didn’t hear well and was very sorry. He told me I was RUDE. Asked again for my Credit Card number and I told him I didn’t want the gift card but simply the information on the Dental Insurance plan advertised on TV. He hung up on me so I am questioning the validity of the advertisement.
