They are selling fake curling iron just like the brand “tyme” and copying their pictures, testimonials and etc. When you try to contact them via email they take forever to respond. The phone number doesn’t look legit. I looked into their website more and they don’t have a physical address on there. Not even an actual phone number. I just want my money back.

An ad came up on Facebook from Wigs for the Magic Hair Iron being 80% off. I ordered it on January 21st and as of February 11th have not received it. I emailed them and just received an email back from “support” that basically included no information on where my purchase was or when I could expect to receive it. Then I checked here and saw another post for the same place/reason. I’m requesting a refund through PayPal.

I ordered a magic hair curling iron and never received it. They charged me for it and then you can’t contact them at all regarding the item not being sent

I purchased a wig from their facebook ad. I received a confirmation, but never received the wig. The phone number and tracking information did not work. The link provided to "visit our store" directs you to "Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable." I sent a reply 2x’s, but never received a reply back.

I ordered a wig from this company that was advertised on facebook. I received it about a month later and it was nothing like the one I ordered. It was horrible!! I wanted to send it back but there was no return address included with the item and the plastic bag that they sent it in had a jumbled address. Even the post office couldn’t read it. Although I’m only out $33, I feel that people should be warned about this scam.
