Type of a scam Utility

The PG and E utility company has representative that go door to door soliciting. They tell you that they are trying to reward you for paying your PECO on time. They ask you to show them your PECO bill and if you don’t they starting phishing for your personal information which they use to change your utility account from PECO to PG & E without your authorization. I specifically told their representative that I was not interested in changing my account and continued to assure me that what he was doing was offering rewards. A few days later, I contacted PECO with a billing issue and was told that my services had been switched. The representative went as far as making up an email address for me. I have phoned PG & E and opened a formal complaint. This company needs to be shut down and held accountable for their deception.
