Sent an order 4th April 2020 for 2 x dog harnesses. Emailed in June asking for update, got a reply stating Covid had delayed shipping and to expect the delivery soon, within weeks. Sent another email in September stating that I was seeking either the goods or a refund as it was now 5 months since the order. No response so followed up with an email which included the threat of recovery action still no response. Website is now unavailable and emails not answered. cost approx $130 AUD

Sent an order #1633 on 4th April 2020 for 2 x dog harnesses. Sent two emails 1 x in June and 1x in September as their only response was Covid-19 has delayed everything. Requested a refund or the goods by the end of September and still nothing even with the threat of recovery action. Their reputation is shot and I am trying to warn everyone. 6 months delay is just wrong and to stop even replying to customers concerns is just bad management…Recovery action under way

I ordered 3 harnesses in May for my mother, for mother’s day. The total came out to around $80.. with “free shipping”. Anyway, I waited weeks and weeks for the order tracker to work- to no avail. Countless emails to the company went unanswered. When they finally did reply to me, after probably about 15 emails I sent, they tried blaming COVID.. which I completely understand- but that was 5 months ago. Now, they have completely ghosted me and I guess I have no way of getting my money back ever. Worst experience.
