I was looking for a Great Dane or German puppy. So I posted an ad on Craigslist looking for one. I was then messaged out of the blue from someone in Maryland. I’m over 5 hours away which through up a red flag. But I continued and played along. They sent me pictures of a Great Dane puppy. However in the pictures was one of a dog that was never mentioned and they seemed not to notice it. So I complimented the puppy. Then they were wondering if I can get it. I asked if we can meet halfway due to it being such along ways. they quickly respond with a no and their reasons were they were in a rush. so they suggested a shipping the puppy to me. So I gave them a fake address and stuff. They failed to realize it. but I was then emailed a few hours later from a company that was sending the puppy. It seemed real. but the email basically explained ways of paying $70 for the transport. The way they recommend you pay is through Money Gram. I had never heard of it. But I researched the company and nothing ever showed. However when I came across BBB, it explains not to use Money Gram. And the number they provide isn’t a stable one. Some times they answer with a hello and next with answering machine. Don’t trust this company.
