All the trappings of a typical scam: Impulse buy (puppy), expensive breed, give away with phony story as long as you pay for shipping, cute videos of available puppies – normally costing upwards of $3000 – but they are "free" to a good home!
elaborate scam except grammar, spelling seem to be odd and maybe not even national.
