Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered 3-in-1 Smart Robot Vacuum, Mopper, And Floor Sweeper from this company. Priced at $49.69 plus $4.99 shipping total of $54.68. I received an item that did not work correctly and it was the wrong product. In the advertisement it said the product should have a base station which it did not. Also the mop feature is supposed to have a bucket to hold water in the unit itself which it does not. When I contacted the company through e-mail to receive a refund they offered me a $2.00 partial refund. I e-mailed them again stating the product cost and cost of shipping letting them know I would like a full refund for the product. They then sent me an e-mail stating it would cost $30.00 to send the product back to China. Which the address on the site says Utah and that they could only refund me $4.00.
