Type of a scam Online Purchase

This website was online through Facebook Ads. It was a product that could put my pets on a customized door entry mat and to be shipped within 5-7 days after processed and created.

The first sign it was a scam was I had to subscribe to their emails to get any notifications about my shipping. They sent 3 emails total, one of which was supposed to have the tracking number. This was never received. I placed my order in November, it’s December and I have not received any indication as to where my product is, if it’ll be delivered, and no tracking was ever sent.

Second clue as to this was a scam, I had sent MULTIPLE emails (over 20) within this month of waiting to their “customer support” email. I received 1 response that stated “please allow an additional 2 weeks to processing and shipping time since it was a busy holiday season”. Never had any other responses and no phone number to date. The company sent me an email 2 days ago asking for my review of my product and I replied “I still have never received my purchase”. No response to that either.
