Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

It’s only my assumption this is a counterfeit product. This site sells Rothy shoes at a discount. I made the assumption they were discontinued patterns or styles and that’s why the deep discount. What happened to my sister and myself is we did not receive the shoe we ordered, pattern or size. When you contact customer service, first you’re asked to send screenshot of what you received and after that they will resolve problem. Next email says they’re sorry for sending wrong style, but item ordered is now out of stock. They will give some discount as compensation next time you order or you can pay partial money, pick another style, and you don’t have to pay freight. Then it’s the items are nice. Would you like to keep them. If so, we will give you partial money. After reiterating I want a refund and a free way to ship back wrong item I got we can resend you a pair of shoes. You only need to pay $25 and no need to pay shipping. That’s when I gave up and turned it over to my credit card company.
