So I received an email from Delmar Kent ([email protected]) informing me that they received my resume on job seeking web pages and that they were happy to our me a position at their company. They attached a PDF file that listed the job description for a Package Processing Manager which involved receiving and shipping packages from home, examine goods for any damages/defects, upload photos, download shipping labels, ship out packages once shipping label has been received, be available 24/7 for calls from manager, pick up assigned orders from stores, and shop immediately. It also included the salary included ($3500 a month and bonuses/incentives), qualifications, health and dental insurance, and if interested, to send a resume and contact information to this email ([email protected]). That PDF document did not list the company name, address, or anything like that. Once I sent a resume, I received an email from Janet Allen ([email protected]) thanking me for a quick response to their consideration for me as a candidate for their company and that they were happy to offer me this vacancy. She attached a PDF file that included a job description and the company name (Personal Courier Enterprise) and link (personalcourierenterprise.com/career) to complete an applicaton. I had a question about this, so I emailed her back, but I received a message of Domain Error. The email could not be reached or found. When I had completed the application, it ensured me that someone from their HR department will call me shortly. They then granted me access to their login portal. Under that portal, I received a message from Jennifer Miller stating that they received my application and that HR will contact me shortly. On this portal, it has my personal information (name, birth date, home address, phone number, email). I tried to change my information on there, but it says that it will be changed within 24hrs once it is approved by their support. It has me listed as a forwarding courier. They also have FAQ as well. On the FAQ, it answers questions about how many packages received each week, when someone is being paid, if the company is legal, etc. The answer to the question "Is this company legal", they responded with "Yes. You can check on bbb.org." So I went on BBB.org and the company is not found/not available. There wasn’t anything found. Then I went on WhoIS Record and it shared that the domain (personalcourierenterprise.com) is available for sale and is not registered.
