Type of a scam Debt Collections

I have received several calls from this entity and saved the voicemails as evidence. They identify themselves as Performance Management but give no name. They then say this is a debt collection phone call and give an 866 number to call. It does not match the number listed on the ScamPulse.com website. I wrote a warning to Whitepages yesterday about that number as they had not flagged it as spam or fraud. I put them on my call blocked list. I keep a close eye on my credit reports and accounts so it was easy to see right through this fraud.
