Was looking for a bengal kitten. Came across Perez Bengal Kitten website. Contacted them by text to look into shipping. They responded and answered my questions. I started to notice a lot of spelling errors and the website wasn’t very professional. The price seemed too low. I checked out BBB and saw a similar sounding story. Looked up the pictures and saw that it was the same website using the name Cruz Family instead of Perez. I blocked their number from contacting me and reported them to BBB.

My husband had been communicating with this Perez Bengal kitten website for 2 days……Seller informed him the kitten would be shipped by Global Pet Port and money was to be paid after we recd tracking number…..we recd tracking number on 2/13/19 stating kitten would arrive in Ohio by Thurs 2/14/19 at 5pm….so in good faith we paid 750.00 then on 2/14/19 we recd an email from Seller at 3pm asking if we were tracking the kitten then we tracked it and recd a notice that the kitten was at Richmond VA intl airport and we needed to pay 1250.00 for rental fees for an a/c crate needed to transport to Ohio so then we called the Airport and was told there were no kittens and they do not require a/c crates that we had been SCAMMED and referred us to IC3.gov We filed the complaint spent 750.00 and received NOTHING!!!
