The company fishes customers to buy there sample facial cream with the terms not clearly being presented and agreed onto, then get customer into their subscription program and charges $88.10/mon. The merchandise of course will not be sent to the customers. And if the customer decided to dispute with the credit card company (or bank) for the payment, the customer will lose the battle as they know how to convince the credit card company/bank the transaction was legit therefore the battle will be lost and customer will not get the money back. And if you call customer support and of course they will say ‘since you went ahead dispute the transaction with the bank, there is nothing else we can do. Very disgracefu.
