Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a 15’x48" pool from pelagic.fun for $625. After I made the purchase, I felt uneasy about it because there was no contact information on the website to track my order. I didn’t know where this business was located. I did receive an email receipt for my purchase, but the only contact information on there was an email address. I did receive an email roughly a week later giving me tracking information for my pool which I found out was shipping from China. I did receive a pool but it was the wrong size – it was 12’x36". I got their address in China from the FedEx Customs information taped to the outside of the box. On their website they also advertise this pool for $395. I emailed the email address from my receipt ([email protected]) and this person did respond. They admitted that their logistics dept sent me the wrong goods and offered me a $120 refund and to keep the pool. I refused and told them I wanted to ship back this pool and receive the correct pool. They replied that I must ship it back and they would give me a full refund upon receiving the pool. We went back and forth a bit and their best offer was to keep the pool and get a $210 refund (which isn’t even the difference in costs of the 2 pools) I looked up shipping costs and it was estimated to cost me $670 to ship this pool back to China. I emailed them back and asked them 1 more time for a full refund and told them that this pool would cost me more than it was worth to ship it back. I asked if they had a distributer in the United States that I could ship this to. If they were not able to do that, then I would take the $210 refund. They did not respond. I have followed up with them for the past week and a half now several times and have gotten no more responses. I have also not received a refund for any amount. I am upset because I am out $668.75 with a pool that I don’t want. If I try to sell this, it sells for about $90 here in the US.
