Type of a scam Online Purchase
I was given an ad for Pebble Mini from Instagram and decided to look into it. It had good site reviews and I was interested in a product that didn’t have waste and was easy to transport. There was a sale that made the Pebble Mini only $39 dollars from $70 dollars with free shipping, so I made a purchase on August 12, 2019. Their website stated that some shipments can take 10-15 business days, so I waited that amount of time before sending an email asking them where my product was. I emailed them on September 3, 2019 asking where my product was and they sent me a canned response: "Madeline,
It has come to our attention that we have had a slight issue with our suppliers transport.
We are extremely sorry about this, and really hope that you can understand and work with us on making it right for you.
We just got in a large supply to our warehouse this weekend, and will be re-shipping your order via *Priority* shipping for *FREE* just to make up for our hiccup with our supplier. This was not meant to happen, and it really took us off guard.

I finally received the product on September 16, 2019 after being promised ‘priority shipping’ on the 3rd. When I finally opened the package just now, there was no branding at all on the package and was just entirely Chinese symbols. When I finally got to view the actual product there was a hair within the bristles. I’ll attach those below. Their website claims that they are american owned and operated, yet their products are not their own and I worry that they are scamming more and more people out of money while they wait for an overpriced chinese product.
