At age 79 I received a Peak Communication, Inc. account statement addressed to Mrs. ** for a phone listing for

a number my name isn’t on the listing of. It is only for $23.74 but they are asking for my bank name and account number along with a voided check for future recurring payment authorization. The account is with Frontier Communications and has long distance service included.
