Called saying that they were the new long distance provider for CenturyLink as the long distance portion of CenturyLink was not doing well and they would be taking over and they needed me to confirm the new change. I knew there was an issue after they needed me to answer yes to predetermined questions as they recorded it.. I called CenturyLink and they confirmed that they are not in any trouble, and that I was being scammed .
