The other for a pool was shipped and confirmed with a UPS tracking number and delivery that did not come to my home. UPS representative stated they can’t confirm my address with the order and to call PD Store who has no phone number but email only.

This website is selling fake products. You pay through paypal, they sent shipping information, but sent the "product" to the wrong address. Customer service email won’t respond. Tried calling the phone number listed on the website and it was a church’s phone number.

Discovered a website that had a product that I was interested in purchasing – a wicker pet bike basket. The website looks legit, including products, store information, help, customer services, etc.

I received an order form then received details about my shipment after payment. Using the shipment number, I tracked my shipment; however, I discovered that it had been shipped incorrectly to a different address. After speaking with UPS, the fault was with the shipper. So, I reached out on the website to contact customer service several times and emailed them directly but with no response. I also emailed the address listed with the seller information on shipment invoice several times, and never received a response.

I finally called the number listed on the website, and it belongs to a school in NYC. They have received several calls from people seeking this company. That is how I found out it was fraudulent.

Dear representative,

I am writing to report a scammer company that is selling fake products that never get delivered, and is taking unknowing consumers’ money. This company is PD Store or Parksondragon. I found them when looking for an inflatable pool and comparing prices/shipping dates in Google. Their store came up advertising 2 day shipping within the U.S. and the pool was reasonably priced compared to the inflated prices I’ve been seeing on Amazon. Their site seemed legitimate as they had all of the usual information set up: About us, FAQs, Contact Us, Privacy Policy, creating an account, etc., etc. I placed my order with a credit card through PayPal and received an e-mail confirmation with my order number from the store. Then I received a receipt from PayPal that stated my order was processed. I waited a few days and did not receive any update about my order shipping out. I contacted the seller 3 times between my order date, 6/8 and Friday, 6/19 as I had not heard anything and I still did not receive a response. I informed them on Friday, 6/19 that I would have to contact my credit card company to claim a fraudulent charge if I did not hear back. I finally received an e-mail today, Sunday, 6/21 from PayPal notifying me that the "seller added shipping info." I copied the UPS tracking info from the PayPal e-mail and entered it into UPS.com’s tracker and a "Delivered" status showed up, and indicated my pool had been delivered 5 days ago on Weds., June 17th at 7:37pm. We were home all day and night and we never saw a UPS truck. Also, on my order status, it indicated that I was being charged $3.99 for DHL shipping, not UPS.

I did a search on this company and came across this site, https://reportscam.com/parksondragoncom, where others are reporting (all around the same time I ordered) the same issues and indicated their search led them to find out that this company is run by scammers. They all ordered something, never received shipping info from the seller or responses to their status requests, and then they received a PayPal e-mail informing them the seller updated the shipping info. Others have said that they never received their purchase, the delivery notice indicated the order was delivered days ago, and each of these consumers reported different names and e-mail addresses that were indicated on the PayPal notice for the seller. After what I experienced and seeing all of these reports, I know I have been scammed and I want to report them in hopes they can be shut down and not take advantage of people any further. I have contacted my credit card company and have been credited the amount that was stolen, but I need to do what I can to stop these thieves and I hope you will too. I just learned tonight, 8/5, from my husband that the credit card company said the scammers contested the fraudulent charge and provided the "delivery notice" that stated the pool was delivered and the credit card company accepted it. (!!!) There is no specific address listed, just the town we are in! It was delivered to our town! We are going to contact UPS to find out if they have more details because this is just ludicrous.

My PayPal receipt indicated the seller was Hai Nguyen and their e-mail address is [email protected] Others in the reportscam.com site reported the following:

Nguyen Van Hai

Hai Nguyen, Nguyen Huu Thanh [email protected]

L?c Tr?n [email protected]

Phone# 1-657-206-6569

Other consumers also reported these scammers are using a church address and phone number from New York in their Contact Us info.

I appreciate your time and hope you can put a stop to this. I’m going to contact PayPal, the Attorney General, and other entities to report this. Please let me know if you need anything else from me.

Thank you,

Jennifer Kennedy

I purchased merchandise from this company’s website on July 6th in error. Website states you may cancel the order within 12 hours. I sent an email to [email protected] 10 min after the purchase and again a few hours later. I have not heard a single word from this company and they already have my money. Their only payment option is Paypal, so I have no recourse to recover my funds. I have sent them emails everyday since and have not gotten even any acknowledgement. Hard lesson learned. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!!

I intended to purchase inflatable pool I found through google search. They advertised 2 day shipping within the u.s. Payment was made through Paypal, I guess that made it seem legitimate. I now see why they offered 2 day shipping, because the goods were never shipped not received despite UPS tracking claiming they were delivered to my porch 2 days prior. I never recieved any package and have no phone number to file lost claim with UPS though I doubt there is any tangible product exists to be delivered (based on what I have read about others experiences). This was supposed to be something fun for my 1 year old to do and now all I’ve had to take from our time together to contact the seller, ups, our bank and BBB.

I ordered a pool from this company and have never received the product. I received a delivery notification from UPS but they never delivered anything to my shipping address and the confirmation only included my city as the delivery location, not my actual address. When I contacted UPS to check on the order, they advised the tracking number I had been provided did not even match my shipping information and so they were not able to assist me or allow me to submit a claim to help recover my item. After multiple attempts to contact the seller without any reply, I researched the company online and found details about this company being a scam and not legit at all. I have contacted PayPal to try to get a refund but have not heard back from them either. The merchant is listed as Trieu Vu on my paypal payment confirmation which now also looks like a red flag. I highly recommend no one orders anything from this company and hope their website gets shut down!

After I made a purchase and didn’t receive my product, I contacted the company via email for tracking info. They sent it to me and the UPS info stated that it was delivered about five days previous (the site said it was going to be delivered by DHL). It wasn’t. I filed a UPS claim since I assumed the package was delivered to the wrong address, and the info in the claim stated that it was delivered to someone near me. Things weren’t adding up, so I searched for the company and found this scam report. My story is the same as everyone else’s. They give you fake tracking info, lead you to believe that the item was delivered to the wrong address, but in fact they never ship anything. After they give you fake tracking info, they disappear. Then it’s up to the consumer to get their money back via credit card or paypal.
