Phone call was received from a man claiming to be a UPS driver. The "Driver" wanted to know if we were going to be home within the next hour so he could deliver a letter that we needed to sign for. He the gave us a number to call to get a confirmation number. The person to contact was Bill Morgan at 876-827-4982 ext, 7. (This number reaches the secretary)

Once "Mr. Morgan" answered the call he stated he was the CEO of the Prize Claims Depart and that we were the 3rd place winners of a bundled drawing. The bundled drawing being from a group of stores, i.e. Walmart, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Walgreens, etc. in Wisconsin. He then stated that we spent $30.00 in one of those stores and this entered us into a drawing. The drawing had been made on Monday, (actual date had not been disclosed) and it was his job to contact the winners. Prize were over one million for first and lesser amounts for 2nd and 3rd included a GMC pick-up truck. He proceeded to fill us in on what to do to claim our prize.

We were asked where our nearest Walmart or Walgreens was located and he was redirecting the UPS driver to that location. He became a little hostile when I started questioning him on his business name, and location. He stated that I was undermining him and his job because he had been doing this for 45 years. He restated that this was a legit prize claim and that the call was being recorded and the ScamPulse.com would have a recording of our conversation. I asked if I could call him back after I spoke to the ScamPulse.com and he gave me a number to call to speak with a man in the Wisconsin ScamPulse.com Office by the name of James Bello at 715-318-4701.

(Back to the directions he wanted us to follow). We were to drive to Walmart and ask for Money senders gram and then call him and he would tell us what to put on the form (step by step on exactly how to fill that form out). He kept saying that I assure you this is not a scam this is a legit prize. He stated that we were to get a check that we could cash and use anyway we liked. He stated that we would be required to show State identification to claim the prize. He asked how long it would take us to get to Walmart or Walgreens because he had a meeting in a half hour. We told him by 3pm. He was asked if this would cost us any money out of pocket and he replied with a "minimal fee for the form and you will be reimbursed." Call was ended.
