Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

Phone call from a representative of Publishers Clearing House that we were winners of 450000, Mercedes car and 7000 a month for lifetime. We would need to send 450.00 to them through Walmart or somewhere bill pay in order for the delivery of the prize. I told him I wanted a certified letter about the winnings. He just kept on talking about having to register in order to get a reference number so the prize check could be delivered by UPS or FEDX. He finally hung up and then two hours later another man called from Round Rock, NV. He started through the spill again and I told him I wasn’t sending money and I hung up. Thank you.
