Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

I have been contacted by an individual named John Miller claiming to be the CEO of Publisher’s Clearing House. I have been entering into the sweepstakes weekly and John stated that I won the 550,000 prize and the Truck. I was asked to provide a $369.95 cashier’s check made payable to Vera Middleton and sent to 597 Marion Church Road, Salters, SC 29590. I was told a cop and two other individuals would be present to deliver the truck and the prize money. I told them I would give them the money in person when both prizes were awarded. They said that was not satisfactory and I immediately hung up the phone.
