Consumer received a call from a man who said he worked for PCD (Publishing House). He told the consumer that she won $850,000.00, a car, and roses, but she would have to pay a fee of $150.00. When the consumer told the man that she could not pay that much, he dropped the fee to $50.00 and instructed consumer to send money by wire transfer. The man also offered to meet her at her bank. He stated that he was currently living at the Holiday Inn, Texarkana, TX. The phone used to contact Consumer was 876-402-2520.
