I received a call (I live in Toronto, Canada) that last year I paid $299.00 for an online PC repair services and this year it is coming up for renewal and they want to email a cancelation form so I can get my renewal cancelation. I asked what is your company name: PC ONLINE REPAIR. I said this is just for PCs? He stated yes. I stated that I hav never done this or paid for anything like this. He stated that they what do you want me to do with you money? Then he stated that he can also send a link that will allow him to come into my computer and fix the refund right away.
