They had contact by phone stating they recieve an alert on my computer stating there are hackers and viruses on my system. There three names they go by Bella,Shawn Thomas. In which Pcexperts 247.txt . they got into my computer they showed me the issues and cleaned up my system in which i was not notified by microsoft nor Google nor my Kaspersky. Any they charged me 647.99 for a two year protection. a week later one of called and said i am to do an up date and i asked what is the code no: he stated he was too busy. Well oh my god my apps disapeared and he installed porn and next flex and sent me a message is don’t pay us 14000.00 we can cause you harm. So of course i called the 1866 number and fixed it and said this will cost you 799.00 Us. He stated to write a cheque i said no i do not write cheques. he said i will send you an e-mail as to how you are going to pay. I also contact the RCMP they told me not to give them anymore money

This so called "business" solicited a credit card number from my elderly relative on the premise that her computer was hacked. They gained control of her computer and showed her that is was supposedly hacked. They call from an awesome nknown number and when you call them on the number listed on their website, they do not answer. They speak with an accent and you can’t understand them. One of them said his name was "Bob" after she could not have understand what he was saying. They just keep calling and since their call number is unknown you cannot block it.
