Applied for Payroll Assistant job on Indeed.com for Payworks Payroll. Greg Danvers contacted me with information and did an interview. I was hired for the position, I did research the company and it was a legit company. I googled Greg Danvers and it came up that he was a CPA so I thought it was okay. He sent me the software to download in order to print the paychecks from the list that he sent me and the fedex labels that I needed in order to send them. He then asked me to print a check for myself that he called the bank and authorized so that I could sent a moneygram to a client. Unfortunately, I did this. He then contacted me this morning asking me to send more money through a money gram to this same client. I got a bit nervous and called Payworks Payroll Company and they stated that they do not offer work from home jobs and they do not send clients money grams. They were also alerted by email that this person was running a fraudulent ad on Indeed.com and scamming people.
