On 9-21 was contacted from a County number saying I was being sued. Only info given was an affidavit #, a contact name and a phone number ***. When speaking with this "processer" who didn’t want to identify his office address I was accused of "malicious intent to defraud a bank institution" The person, Paul Harris, was extremely rude, claimed my job would be served, and that criminal charges would be filed against me. The debt she quoted was over double what was owed; tried to get me to pay a portion on the spot. I researched and called back the county number that was somehow hacked, learned there was no judgement against me. Called multiple attorneys and learned this is common with RMS.
