Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
I am the victim. The scammer indicated that they would be traveling to South Africa to purchase some gemstones.
They said they won a 16 million dollar contract with a company in Canada. Once in Johannesburg Africa, they said
they need a total of $5,600 for testing on the gemstones and that they were $1200 short. I sent $1200 through moneygram last night. Now today, they said they have to pay the taxes on the purchase of the gemstone and that the shipment was stopped.
