I have been receiving calls on my cell from callers within my local area code. Same robo message asking if I have pain, and offering me a medical grade knee or neck brace. They even leave messages. They also offer an opportunity to be placed on a do not call list which I’ve done numerous times. I’ve also blocked the caller on my phone, only to receive more calls from different phone numbers. On the average I receive 3-5 calls per day. I have selected to speak to a rep several times, only to.be hung up on when I asked for the name of the company. Today i played along with the rep and got the name of the company, Patient Care Services. The rep tried hard to get my medical insurance company’s name which I didn’t give her. I ended up telling her I was going to make a report with the BBB. She, of course, hung up on me.

they call repeatedly from unknown or wireless numbers wanting to get me a knee or back brace i have been asked to be placed on the do not call list and they continue to call and when i speak to someone about it i am sceamed at and hung up on. they ask for my medicare number and social security number.

These guys call once a day. Offering a cure for back pain. I have tried to block their number, and told them to take me off their list, but they never do.

The "Patient Care Services" rep said she was responding to my request for a medical grade brace, and the she needed my medicaid number. I never made such a request. When I asked for her company’s phone number she hung up.
