I gave a girl named Keasia Carter $600 for a puppy to be delivered to my home. Two days later they were asking for another $1000 for insurance to ship the puppy. Thank God my husband said no. Now I get no response about a refund. Please don’t use this company to get a puppy.

I was searching for a pomeranian puppy for my kids. Yesterday (5/9/2019) I came to this website, passionatepomlovers.com, read everything on the website which it seems legit. It explains everything about the breeding and the procedure to adopt a puppy. They have different puppies pictured and a brief description of their personality, age, and such. I proceeded to chat with a person who was very helpful and nice. I was super excited to get the puppy for my kids. They prompted me to make a payment and the steps following that. They told me I should get the puppy in 2 days (1 day for paperwork to be done and the following day to ship the puppy). I proceeded with the $600 payment and sent them a copy of the transfer confirmation as told. I didn’t hear anything else from them. That same night after talking to a friend I did more research on the website. I should have done that first but I was blinded by the excitement of getting the puppy we wanted. It turned out the company is a scam. I contacted the company this morning (5/10/2019) asking for an arrival date and a copy of the flight information. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for a reply from these people. I am very upset at the fact that people would use puppies to scam people, and devastated at the fact that not only did I lose money, my kids won’t have their puppy. I hope that something can be done about these scams so it won’t continue to happen to other people.

This company was contacted to buy a Pomeranian puppy from. It became evident that they were a scam. We were directed to a secondary website ecopetmovers.com ([email protected]). The puppy was allegedly meant to be shipped by plane. But before boarding they said they needed to pay for a climate controlled crate and we would be required to pay this “100% refundable” fee of $1200. If they were experienced they would know all this beforehand. Their grammar in all communications was poor. They requested being paid through the app Zelle.

So far we were able to cancel our initial payment which was through Western Union. The only financial loss was $40 administration fee. But this company has our phone number and address.
