The Parisian Glow Cream products advertised as products endorsed by Joanna Gaines as free trial offer are not free. You will be charged $89.00 for each product automatically on your credit card if you don’t call them back in 14 days. That fact is not listed any where in the advertisement, but when you call them they will tell you you agreed to it because it’s in small print buried in the terms and conditions.

I bought a face cream and eye serum from these people for $10. I emailed them after my purchase to find out if there was going to be some odd monthly charge but no one answered me. Now they’ve charged me an additional $205, including $19.95 for an exercise video I didn’t order! My bank card has been blocked and I emailed them that I want my money back in the form of a check.

They offer 4.99 free for one bottle of skin product product. If you do not cancel with 14 days, they charge you 9.99 for the " free product " and from then on they send the product and charge the card. They refuse to accept back the product. My husband said he called to cancel and they had no record of it. After two charges, they sent a cancellation order . When I called to complain that they would not take it back, I could hear in the background other operators saying " your order has been cancelled.:. Note other complains online . In our case they REFUSED to give any dollars back.

pay $5 for a free sample, but the fine print gives you 14 days to cancel before they charge you $89 and subscribe you for life. I read everything on the screen and didnt see the ongoing commitment or price information, and I WAS LOOKING FOR IT!
