However, we are sorry to inform you that we are facing some difficulties trying to ship your puppy to you which is the reason why she can not board a flight at the moment.

We wish to bring to your knowledge that Tender Puppies below the age of 6 months without a legally Issued Insurance Paperwork can not be transported on airplanes unless a Health Refundable Life Insurance deposit fees is provided in the absence of the insurance paperwork to cover the shipment which in turns protects both the puppy and the owner throughout the shipping process. Pets that are categorized as Tender Puppies must possess a Life Insurance prior to transportation on airplanes but in the case where the insurance paper is not available, a refundable deposit amount proportionate to the Market Financial Value of the animal is provided to cover the life of the puppy throughout the shipment until delivery is made to the receiver and because the insurance is only Impromptu and temporal and required for transportation of the puppy on airplane, the deposit to be paid is Fully (100%) Refundable all in cash to the receiver of the dog at the same time delivery is to be made to the owner.

As per USDA guidelines on pet shipment, it is an absolute recommendation that a pet insurance MUST be available before the dog can be transported on airplane. USDA guidelines require that all animals to be boarded on the plane below the age of 6 months possess a life insurance that is protected with a policy throughout the Trip from airport of origin until arrival at the destination airport or city.
