Type of a scam Employment

In my attempt to secure employment, I received an email claiming the company had previously attempted to contact me concerning a job opportunity as a Supply Chain Manager. I replied to the email stating I was interested and didn’t receive a reply until a week later. Apologies were extended when he finally did reply with a job offer letter and a job description in a pdf file. In general, the job description detailed a process for purchasing local commodities and packaging and shipping them to customers in and out of the United States. My initial research of this company and this commodities purchasing process appeared to be legitimate on face value, but several things didn’t add up: 1) lack of direct contact with anyone from the organization, 2) the company wanted to send me funds to my personal banking account to use for the purchase of these commodities, 3) the condition of employment was contingent on a 3 week probationary period unpaid until after this period of performance, 4) several small misspellings and poor grammar laced throughout the emails and products presented. Every attempt I made to have the member contact me directly via phone went unanswered and only after replying with the signed acceptance of the job offer did I finally get a response asking for my credit report. I sent a sanitized credit report (no identifying account information or PII). I sent over a dozen emails to this member requesting contact and an email to the email listed on their website, with no response or attempt from anyone from Paragon Holdings LLC to reach out to me.
