I ordered a product from this website on April 16. I received an email confirmation of the purchase. On May 1, I received another email with confirmation of shipping, expected to be delivered in 14 to 21 days, and received a tracking number for www.17track.net, but the number did not work. I have never received the package, and have reached out to the company numerous times, always receiving an auto-response saying they’re receiving many emails right now and will be delayed getting back to me. They never get back to me. It’s been over 4 months. I discovered that many, many others have had a similar situation with this company, dating back to 2018. I believe this company to be fraudulent.

I purchased a paint by number product from their website late March, 2020. I received a shipment notification on April 4. I have contacted them multiple times over the past 4 months to check on the location of product with only auto generated emails with no resolution. Then I sent emails for it to be refunded immediately and still auto emails were sent. Months later, no product, no word, and too late to get the bank to dispute the charge.

I tried emailing this company 3 separate times and heard nothing back. I never received the product or a reimbursement.

I have yet to receive a refund or order status after emailing them every week for the last two months.

This is a scam, do not order from this website.

This company advertises that they offer the paint by number kits. I ordered two and have not received them after 3 months. Every time I have contacted them I get automated responses saying a customer service rep will contact me in 2-3 business days yet no one has ever responded despite how many times I have reached out. I have sent over 15 emails and tried every other way to contact them including going to the address but no Paint By Numbers company exists in this building. They’ll also send you tracking information but as you’ll see in my picture the tracking number does not register. I tried as they sent it, removed the CUS and every other way imaginable. This company is a SCAM. They have changed their address and Instagram ad several times but it all goes to the same company. You’ll see every time the ads pop up in Instagram everyone commenting on them say they’re a scam. They’re still pulling their scam as I receive daily emails about their newest promotions.

This company markets on Facebook and I keep getting their email marketing! But they don’t come through. I purchased a paint by numbers for my teen daughter for something for her to do during the coronavirus shutdown. That was over TWO MONTHS AGO. They emailed and said the shipment would be late because of COVID-19; now I discover it was all a scam and I STILL get emails from them telling me to buy! They must be fooling so many.

I saw posts on facebook and instagram that were advertising paint by numbers items. I went to this site because I thought it was the original paint by numbers. I order an item for $34.00 and it never arrived. I have sent two emails and no response. I went back to look on the facebook page and there are numerous posts about people being scammed and not getting their items and not able to reach anyone. Looking more carefully at the website, there are no posts about their refund policy, no phone number for customer service, no other links that go to anything. I should have looked at the website more carefully, but I was on my phone.

I order two separate orders from this company on April 1st and have yet to receive anything. I contacted them April 15th because nothing had been shipped and they emailed back saying there was issues due to COVID19. I patiently waited and received an email that my order had been shipped May 1st, but the tracking number is invalid. I contacted them again May 21st and have yet to receive an email back.
