How do I know the status of my order?

After we have sent your order, an email titled "Sending an order #xxxx is on its way" will be sent to the email you used when placing your order. 

After that, click on the blue button "View your order" and then you will land on the status page of your order, where you can track your order. 

All you need now is simply to click on the tracking code provided on that page to verify the status of your order. 

** Please note that after receiving your tracking number, it may take up to 2-3 days for the tracking to be updated **

 

Do I need to create an account to place orders? 

No, it's not necessary. You can also place an order without an account. But, there are some benefits if you have it: 

Payment made faster. 
View the status and history of your order more easily. 
Receive our special promotions on time. 


What happens if I forget my password? 

On the home page, click on "Forgot your password?" And you can create a new password on the next page. 



What happens if I wrote the wrong email address? 

Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name and address, but we cannot change your order.



Is there any kind of change? 

All our transactions are based on euro. If your credit card is based on another currency, your order total will be calculated according to the daily exchange rate of the date on which the card issuer processes the transaction. 



What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments or payment upon delivery. 



Will my order placed online be safe?

When you buy online with your credit card, all your information is entered on a secure SSL web page. Your information is then encrypted with SSL and sent directly to the network of our credit card provider, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers. 



How to change or cancel the order? 

Please note that any order that has already been packaged or shipped cannot be canceled.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or reject the order. Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of $0.5  regardless of the time the order was placed, since the merchant's processor / credit card charges us a cancellation fee. 



Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? 

Please note that your shipping address cannot be reviewed after the order has been processed or shipped. 



When will my order arrive?

Delivery time is based on the shipping option you have chosen. Once the order has been shipped, we will email your tracking information the next day, since the tracking information will generally be available 24 hours after we have sent the order. You will generally receive your package 7-14 days after the email. 



How can I locate my order? 

Usually, you will receive the tracking number one day after we have sent your order. You can locate it with the tracking number. 



Can I use several discount codes for an order? 

Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless otherwise indicated.
