If any of the items you purchased do not meet your expectations, including defective or damaged ones, not as described, you can return them for a refund. Does not cover:

No returns / exchanges will be accepted for products with water exposure.
To be eligible for returns, please confirm that:
-The items that must be returned remain unused, undamaged, unwashed and in their original packaging with the original label.
-You will pay for return shipping. For returns related to quality, the return shipping cost is refundable. Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be considered eligible for a return.
Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to change their mind and return the items without explaining the reason and Nile Choice will issue a refund. You can request a return by contacting us at email@example.com. After receiving the returned item, Nile Choice must issue a refund to the customers account. Customers will only be charged at most once the shipping costs (this includes returns); Without replacement, consumers will be charged for the return of the product.
(b) Damaged products
Any item damaged on arrival can be returned to Nile Choice for a full refund. Please note that if the damage is limited to the outer packaging only and the contents remain intact, the products will not be considered damaged.
