I order from this website 2 paddle boards and spent $150. I got an initial email thanking me for my purchase and then contacted them after about 2 weeks because the paddle boards had not arrived. Got n initial confirmation saying they were shipped but thenwhen I didn’t receive them I tried to contact again and could no longer access the site.

I ordered two paddle boards and received both email confirmation and shipping notification. No packages from them have been delivered and it has been two weeks. I tried clicking on the track order link and their website comes up as no longer available. I then emailed them but the message never sent because the address is invalid.

Purchased a paddleboard from a website that seemed legit, had multiple manufacturers, lessons, reviews, instagram and facebook links, as well as a blog and list of environmental oceanic clean-up events. Received a confirmation email and then 5 days later a notification that it had shipped with a tracking link. I did not check the link until I realized it had not arrived, only to find out that the links do not exist. Caveat Emptor!

Searched Google for paddle boards and paddle board outlet was a choice. Went to the website and purchased a paddle board with credit card. Confirmation email came saying order received. 3 days later email saying shipped. Tried to go to website to track shipment and website is down. I got a phone number for them from my credit card company but the number is not in service.

Ordered a paddle board online on July 24th for $96.53. Received email of confirmation of order, then received email that it had been shipped July 26th. Clicked on for tracking number and website said “ will be back soon”. Can not contact anyone.

I ordered a paddle board from their website on July 19, 2019. I thought I had searched reviews as I usually do with a new company. Unfortunately the company I actually reviewed at a "The" in their business name. I received a confirmation email and an order shipped email with no tracking information or information of any other sort. Now I no longer can reach the website or get any reply via email. I am out $150 and am not happy.
