Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

These people have contacted every member of my family trying to locate me. When I contacted them asking for their business information to confirm that they are legit, they said they do not need to give me any information and told me to never call back when I told them that by law they have to. They are telling people that I have actions against me, and also pretending to be process servers calling with threats. They refuse to prove any truth to their "business" and there is no information online, or in California Business License Department that indicates they are a real business. They have stated they are in Fulton CA, which is a county, not a city. They continue to harass my family. The image attached is the message they are leaving with people.
