..when u call its the same man on the recording that answers they phone and threatens to take ur house or cars and garnish ur wages or bank accounts.I have received countless phone calls on a daily bases ,letters, and even text messages ..i want the harassment to stop i dont own them anything

i received a letter stating that i owed $699.12 for a loan from *** *** back in 2010 and if i didn’t pay in 3 days then they would file a lawsuit on me. and they would contact my references. i never applied for any loans ever. pretty sure its a scam. there is a legal group called *** this letter states that their website is *** and a phone number of 1-888-203-8386 have read several people have gotten this same letter and they didn’t use a advance loan either. someone please stop all these scammers its getting out of control.

Received a letter from *** *** *** on February 9, 2019 , stating that I am being suit by *** *** for Payday Advance Loan and NSF fraud. in the amount of $1,060.07. It continue to state the amount owed is due by Feb 15, 2019. The continue to explain that a I am severe delinquency of a previous payday advance loan with *** *** while working for (My place of business). Then it stated "we are now taking legal action (filing a lawsuit) against you in result in a civil court judgment and will immediately be reported to the credit bureaus and be aggressively enforced, in with additional fees will be added for court cost, attorney fee and the amount of the lawsuit. Further down in the letter it stated that "because you obtained this loan and immediately closed or changed your bank account, and because your check was returned for NSF we have noted your case with possible fraudulent activity to commit fraud. We may also subpoena the following people to go trial. " The letter mention if I do not pay by the due date you be immediately be served a court summon by my local county Sherriff’s office , also this letter supposed to be mail also to my local County courthouse in the County Municipal Court on February 1, 2019 by M. Barnes.

First I have contacted *** *** and they assure me that I have never had a payday loan with them, and they stated this is a scam. Second I have contacted my local County Courthouse and ask them if anything as sent to be placed of file with my name, personal looked up any information that was sent with my name and found nothing. Third I contacted my attorney and showed and read him the letter, immediately he notice that this is scam, our county doesn’t have a Municipal Court nor a circuit court, second there is not physical address and really no date on the letter when is was actually made. Fourth I did some web finding and found out the PO Box 1474 is owned by a different legit business.

I have received multiple calls and now a letter in the mail from these "debt collectors" regarding a payday loan. Multiple times they have threatened to have me arrested and state that their is a warrant out for my arrest and if I don’t pay them I might as well just go turn myself into the Jasper County Jail.

I received multiple phone calls from this company saying I had a payday loan from 10 years ago. They had some information that was correct but a lot that wasn’t. I called my county courthouse after they made threats of arrest and they said I didn’t have any warrants etc. I blocked their number and now am getting letters. I called the courthouse again because they said they’ve filed a civil suit with county against me and same thing, it’s a scam.
