The scammer identified himself as “Ben Martin”, an employee of PG&E, also known as “Pacific gas and electric”. He had an accent and was not clear in basic business functions of the company, and also had to take extra time to look up the company’s address, but was able to quickly identify and quote a number on which I could call him back.
