Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I took my damaged 2018 Hyundai Tucson in to get it fixed. this guy goes by the name PETER and he claims to be a police officer so he knows his way around laws when it comes to fixing cars. He made the outside of my car look nice and new and when i went to get a wheel alignment at my dealership I was told there is 2500$ new parts needed on my car and 40+ hours of labor needed. i was told the car is very dangerous to drive. I tried to reason with him and asked him to fix my car and give me a free rental and he told me he would give me a loan…..he didnt even apologize on the bad repairs done on my car and yet he charged me $6,000 in total, good thing he only got half even though my car still needs thousands of dollars worth fixing. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!!! i tried to sue him but nobody would take my case because of risks…..he is a very untrustworthy guy, please be careful!!! he is smart i didnt even ask for a receipt now its all too late.. i drive with a baby and i could have caused a tragedy. i tried to drive the car in the snow coming back from indiana and slid off the road many many times, i had to drive 80 miles on small streets because it was impossible to go over 20 miles per hour.
