Type of a scam Tech Support

On April 26, 2017 I got a popup notice on my computer saying that I have been hacked and to call the number provided. I call and immediately hang up. Almost right away they called from a different number. It was really hard to understand them, but it sounded like they said they was an affiliate with Microsoft so I let them remote access my computer to remove any viruses. Everything seem to be working fine and I initially agree to sign up for their 5 year Silver Plan for $177.78. They sent me an invoice for me to sign and fax back to them. Still feeling suspicious I did some research to find out they were most likely a scam so I never did send back the invoice and I canceled my card. A few days later they call back to check up, I told them I was unsatisfied and wanted to cancel their "services" and they told me they wanted a $100 cancellation fee. Now they won’t stop calling me, some being listed as "unavailable" and "private number"
