Type of a scam Online Purchase

Ovens Made in USA is a scam. I purchased a Breville Smart Oven Air ($259.99) on their website which looks very legitimate, paid for it via PayPal (another reason to think they are legit). I got an email notification from PayPal which stated w/UPS tracking number that it was delivered on 7/15/20 at 12:15pm received by “Darryl.” I checked with my condo security desk which receives all packages. They had no record of receiving this & there is no security guard by the name of Darryl. I file a claim with UPS who tells me to contact the shipper. I email shipper (Equipment Quadrants – Fernando Olsen at Outlook.com) 3x with no response. I email the company several times which does not go through because the server is misconfigured. I call their phone number always getting a voicemail. I leave multiple messages with no response. I finally go to my local UPS Office & find out the tracking number the company gave me belongs to Otis Elevator. I filed a claim with PayPal & have yet to contact my Visa credit card company. I’m awaiting resolution from PayPal. I find on the Better Business Bureau website this company has 12 negative reviews from people experiencing the same thing like me, non-delivery of what they ordered but with a UPS tracking number which belongs to someone else. The same scammers may also be doing business as Brevilleworld.com. The 2 websites look alike and a person who ordered from Brevilleworld.com is having the same problems.
