Was trying to purchase a puppy sent $650.00 to Chris Harris owner of outstandingenglishbulldog. Was sent Walmart to Walmart Erie pa to Virginia Walmart he called me said puppy would be on plane 10-26-18 but then he called again and wanted $400 more I said no I told him to send money back and he didn’t reported to pa state police and then called and wanted two I tunes in the amount $150 I laughed if there is anything you can do to shut him down let me know
